Video Self-Encounter sessions use a partnership between technology and Transpersonal Psychology that facilitates and accelerates a truer seeing and experience of the Self. In terms of Shape Shifting, the client journeys inward finding the elemental being who is knowing, compassionate and in touch with a dream that is life-giving and recognizes possibilities and inherent beauty. Often, clients experience their aura and the light that eminates from the Soul.

During a Video Self-Encounter session the facilitator guides the client who holds a unique position of being the seer and the seen through a series of stages allowing the seer access to the Teacher/ Healer/ Elder within.  The client has an opportunity to see themselves as other people see them, eliminating preconceived identities and re-visioning themselves in the here-and-now often opening to new compassion and self-insight.  The session offers the client an opportunity to experience a real "felt sense" of embodying a higher consciousness, gaining psychological and spiritual insight and a recognition that the answers, so often, lie within. While accessing these higher levels of being, the client gains clarity regarding difficult issues, life decisions and transitions.

A Video Self-Encounter session lasts approximately 45 minutes to an hour. The fee for the session is $50.00 which includes a video tape of the session.

The sessions are facilitated by Meredith Seawell, RN, MA.  Meredith is a Registered Nurse and holds a Masters Degree in Holistic Counseling. She has used Video Self-Encounter in a variety of settings including Private Psychotherapy Practice and Educational and Healthcare settings.
